Physical Therapist Travel Position - Kentucky, Louisville

Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: March 16, 2026
Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
Facility Size: 30 beds
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
EMR Systems: Protouch and SMART/Casamba
Dress Code: Navy scrub colors
Parking: Onsite

Job Description

This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
The role may require floating to other units within the facility.

Preferred Experience

1 to 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in acute care or LTACH settings is preferred.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
