Shift: Mid shifts, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday with 4 days of call per month
Call: No call required
Floating: No floating required
EMR System: Medhost

Requirements

Specialty: CT Technologist
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of CT experience (including CT & X-ray)
Certification: ARRT CT required
Licensure: Licensed as a general radiographer by the state
Prior Travel Experience: Not specified as required

Responsibilities

Perform professional, timely, and accurate diagnostic CT examinations of specific anatomy as prescribed by the referring physician
Provide CT care to patients to obtain diagnostic quality radiographs for radiologist interpretation
Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy
