Job Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Telemetry

Location: Portland, Maine
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

Specialty: Med-Surg Telemetry
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours per week)
Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend
Float Requirements: Yes, as needed
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Unit Beds: 38
Patient Focus: Med-surg and telemetry patients, with emphasis on nephrology/urology
Equipment Used: IVs, PCA pumps, epidurals, air mattresses, tube feeding, NG tubes, drains, Foley catheters
EMR System: EPIC

Requirements

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in med-surg specialty
Certifications: BLS required
Skills: Must have med-surg and telemetry experience
Personality Fit: Team player, flexible, adaptable

Additional Information

Dress code allows any scrub color
Unacceptable attire includes hoodies, logos/graphics, and open-toe shoes
No call requirements
