Job Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Telemetry
Location: Portland, Maine
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Med-Surg Telemetry
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours per week)
- Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend
- Float Requirements: Yes, as needed
- Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Unit Beds: 38
- Patient Focus: Med-surg and telemetry patients, with emphasis on nephrology/urology
- Equipment Used: IVs, PCA pumps, epidurals, air mattresses, tube feeding, NG tubes, drains, Foley catheters
- EMR System: EPIC
Requirements
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in med-surg specialty
- Certifications: BLS required
- Skills: Must have med-surg and telemetry experience
- Personality Fit: Team player, flexible, adaptable
Additional Information
- Dress code allows any scrub color
- Unacceptable attire includes hoodies, logos/graphics, and open-toe shoes
- No call requirements
