Position Details

Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: On-call rotation
Call Requirements: Yes, shared with 5 co-workers
Float Requirements: May float to Hybrid IR suite located in Surgery as needed

Required Certifications and Experience

Certifications:
- ARRT License
- ISDH Tech License
- BLS Certification
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience (highest required)
- Ability to perform all routine IR-Rad procedures

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 225
Patient Types: Inpatient (INPT), Outpatient (OP), Emergency Department (ED)
Patient Ratios: Dayshift staffed with 5 technologists covering 2 IR suites plus Surgery-based Hybrid suite as needed

- Siemens Artis Zee
- Philips FD20
- Philips Epiq 5 Ultrasound
- Sonosite Ultrasound
- Philips RN-Patient monitors
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Ability to complete requested imaging exams in a timely fashion
