Job Opportunity: Pharmacy Technician (Travel)

Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work primarily within a central pharmacy with some travel around the facility for medication delivery.
Shift Requirements: 8-hour shifts, rotating between day and PM shifts (M-F). Weekend and holiday rotation: 1 out of 6 weekends and every other holiday.
No on-call or call-back requirements.
Float Requirements: Must float to units and facilities based on census but only within clinical skills and with approval.

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Wisconsin
Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience within the last year
BLS certification
Associate Degree or Certificate
Experience in an inpatient setting
IV experience

Additional Information

Scrub colors: Any.
COVID-19 vaccine required unless exempt for medical or religious reasons.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week except during holidays when the unit is closed.
Orientation week hours may vary and are not guaranteed.
