Radiation Therapist Travel Position

Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Job Details

Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, typically 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (shift times may vary; flexibility required)
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
No float, on-call, call back, weekend, or holiday requirements
Patient Load: Approximately 20 patients per Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator
Primary Procedures: All external beam radiation treatments
Unit Equipment: 3 Varian TrueBeam Linacs
Charting System: Epic preferred
Scrubs: Traveler’s choice

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5+ years of radiation therapy experience
ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification required
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Desired experience with Varian TrueBeam and ARIA systems

Additional Information

Start Date: ASAP
Orientation: 8-hour unbillable orientation; orientation week not guaranteed
Compliance: Medical portion of compliance must be started within 48 hours of offer acceptance (24 hours for quick start)
Interview: Teams interview with the manager required
