Job Opportunity: X-ray Tech (Travel)
Location: Duluth, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift Requirements:
- 8 shifts per week, 12 hours each
- Primarily PM/nights with some day shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Float Requirements: Surgery, outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), Fluoroscopy
- On Call/Call Back:
- Possible call shifts as needed with a 30-minute response time
- Call back minimum of 2 hours
- Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Weekends and holidays as needed
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in X-ray specialty
- Licenses/Certifications:
- ARRT (R) certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Education: Graduate of a 2-year accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Charting Experience: EPIC Radiant required
- Skills:
- Routine X-ray and portable X-ray in hospital setting
- Comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR)
Additional Information
- Must comply with flu and COVID vaccination policy during flu season or wear a mask at all times
- Radius rule: must be 50 miles outside the hospital
- Low census unbillable hours: Eligible for 36 hours; can be put on call during these hours with call back pay if called in
- Scrub color provided: Teal
This position requires a reliable, experienced X-ray Tech comfortable with varied hospital settings and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
