Location: Wausau, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 8-hour day shifts (approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) with some flexibility depending on census
Weekend/Holiday: Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation
On-call: 2-3 times per month
Patient Load: 20-25 patients, averaging 4.5 visits per day (may vary)
Travel Distance: 25-60 miles per day depending on territory and patient census
Float: Possible float to Medford, Antigo, and WI Rapids (limited)

Conduct OASIS admissions, episode management, and documentation in EMR (Epic preferred)
Manage clinical competencies including wound care, IVs, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management
Coordinate care and communicate with physicians
Timely and accurate documentation
Manage time effectively and adapt to change
Maintain a positive, compassionate, and dependable attitude

Must be located outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
Scrub color: Navy blue
Eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours with potential call-back pay
Flu and COVID vaccination policy: During flu season, travelers who decline vaccinations must wear a mask at all times per facility policy
