Location: Dallas, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Inpatient Hospice role, stationed at Washington Hospital Center
Responsibilities include daily assessments, documentation, and admissions of eligible hospice patients who are symptomatic
Participation in rounds, marketing, and Goals of Care (GOC) meetings
Productivity expectation: 24-30 visits per week for a 40-hour workweek
Schedule options:
1. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2. 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Rotating every 3rd weekend with days off during the week
Any overtime must be pre-approved with written approval from the Administrator
