Schedule

8-week contract
3x12 night shifts
Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Float (1 year of experience)
Float experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Key Responsibilities

Perform holistic patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs
Develop, coordinate, and revise multidisciplinary plans of care with patients and families
Provide evidence-based nursing care, delegate appropriate nursing actions, and respond to emergencies
Deliver ongoing patient and family education
Evaluate nursing care against standards, care plans, and patient outcomes
