Location
- Cincinnati, Ohio
Schedule
- 8-week contract
- 3x12 night shifts
- Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Float (1 year of experience)
- Float experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Perform holistic patient assessments, including physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs
- Develop, coordinate, and revise multidisciplinary plans of care with patients and families
- Provide evidence-based nursing care, delegate appropriate nursing actions, and respond to emergencies
- Deliver ongoing patient and family education
- Evaluate nursing care against standards, care plans, and patient outcomes
