Overview

• Location: Mishawaka, Indiana
• Employment type: LTA
• Shift: 07:00 - 17:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• On call: 15 per month, including 2 weekend calls per month
• Holiday rotation: 1 per contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• CVOR experience with at least 1 year of experience
• CVOR experience within the last year
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• CPI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
