Stepdown Cardiac

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
13-week assignment
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 hours per week
3 nights per week and every 3rd weekend rotation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Cardiac Stepdown (1 year of experience)
Cardiac Stepdown experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Telemetry experience
Experience with Epic

Additional Requirements

Must complete 2 supervisory references, with at least one within the last year
Unit-specific skills checklist is required
Employment history must cover 7 years or back to college/technical school graduation, with no gaps greater than 30 days
Resume must include dates of employment, city and state for each job, job title, education details, and current contact information
Background checks, health documents, and facility compliance items are required before start, including mandatory reporter training and immunization/documentation requirements
