• Shift: Day (4x12 Hours) 7:00–19:30 or Night (4x12 Hours) 19:00–7:30
• Hours per week: 48
• Ratios: 1:5
• First-timers accepted: can screen to manager
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Call: No
• Floating: within hospital scope
• Floating to sister hospitals: No
• Locals accepted: Yes
• Pending license accepted: No
• RTO restriction: 1 week max

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Float experience within the last year
• 2 years of float experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• CPI preferred

Unit / Setting

• Acute Care Float Pool
• Unit includes medical, surgical, medical tele, surgical tele, infusion, ortho, and neurosurgery
• Float scope is within the hospital
