Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Madera, California
• Evening shift: 3x11.5 hours, 15:00–3:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room experience within the last year
• Pediatrics ER - Emergency Room (2 years of experience)
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• 2 professional references
• 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Copy of diploma/transcripts or Education Verification
• Primary Source Verification
• NURSYS Verification
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable to profession
• Competency Exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start
• Fit Test within 6 months of start
• Proof of Tdap vaccination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB Questionnaire
• Rubeola (Measles) immunity documentation
• Mumps immunity documentation
• Rubella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 6 months of start

Preferred

• Peds ER experience
• ACLS
• TNCC
• COVID vaccination

Additional Notes

• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption is required during flu season
• Respirator clearance documentation is required
• Candidate must complete facility orientation and related onboarding documents before start
