- Transplant OR RN
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
- Travel/Contract assignment
- 13-week contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OR - Operating Room (1.5 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- Transplant experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- Regulatory Charting for Transplants
Preferred
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
Schedule and Call
- Call required: 40–60 hours per 6-week period
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
Float Scope
- Float required to multi-specialty and all surgeries
Unit / Clinical Setting
- Solely does abdominal transplants: kidney, pancreas, liver, intestinal/multi-visceral
- Pediatric transplants are done elsewhere and are not part of this assignment
Additional Notes
- Local travelers with permanent residence in Indiana are accepted
- Pending license accepted at start
- Cerner is used for charting
- Free parking
