Overview

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Call: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM–9:00 PM, once every 2 months
• Start dates: Must start on 9/8, 9/12, or 9/21

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Preoperative (3 years of experience)
• Preoperative experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS

Assignment Notes

• RN needed for pre-surgery care
• Local candidates are accepted
• References are required before start
• Background check and state caregiver screening are required
• Photo for badge and signed confidentiality statement are required before start

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Drug screen within 14 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
• Immunization/documentation requirements apply for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
