Operating Room RN Travel Contract

Overview

• Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 4x10 hours
• Weekly hours: 40
• Daily hours: 10

Required Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Schedule Details

• Start time: 6:45 AM
• End time: 5:15 PM
• Call requirement: 1 day per week and every 8th weekend

Additional Requirements

• Valid photo ID
• 2 references within 3 years of start
• Employment application must include 7 years of employment history and explanations for gaps greater than 30 days
• Skills checklist required prior to start and updated annually as applicable
• Physical exam within 12 months of start, with a statement of fitness to work without restrictions
• Drug testing within 30 days of start
• TB questionnaire required
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray documentation required
• Immunization or declination documentation required for:

  • MMR
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tdap
  • Varicella
  • COVID-19
  • Flu season vaccination/documentation
• Background check and state clearance requirements apply
• Education verification required
• State license verification required
• NURSYS verification required
• Pass/fail testing required for medication and dysrhythmia/EKG competency
• BLS certification is required
• ACLS certification is required
• National certification verification required within 30 days of start
