Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 3x12s
Weekly hours: 36
Contract length: 25 weeks
Assignment type: Float pool role; ICU RNs float to other ICUs, TCUs, ED, and PACU
Floating expectation: Must be able to float to other facilities and departments within the health system
RTO: Submit all requested time off at time of offer

Valid RN license in California
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Critical Care Float experience (4 years of experience)
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
1 year or less of total travel experience in the past 5 years
ECMO experience within the last 6 months to 1 year
Experience caring for ECMO patients as a bedside RN
Experience caring for ECMO as primary responsibility without dedicated bedside perfusion support
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience
ECMO ICU experience
CVICU experience
CTICU - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care experience
CCU - Coronary Care experience
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
Ability to independently manage complex critical care patients
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Completed references must be available at time of submission
Candidates should be screened for experience with ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and PA catheters

Current and valid government photo ID or passport matching the professional license
Two supervisory references
