CVOR Tech

Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Waterbury, Connecticut.
13-week contract.
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:45a–5:15p.
Also accepts 5x8 hours, 6:45a–3:15p.
Every other weekend required.
Call coverage includes Monday-Friday 3:15p–7a and weekends 24 hours Saturday/Sunday.
Two techs work together to cover call based on preference.

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist experience within the last year.
One completed travel assignment.
4 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist.
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI.
ACLS required.
PALS required.
NRP required.
State license verification required.
National tech certification required.
Background check required.
Photo for badge required.
Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by NP, PA, or DO.
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start.
Rubeola, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required.
Hepatitis B documentation required.
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start.
COVID vaccination required.
2 professional references required within 3 years of start.
Healthstream modules must be completed prior to HDD.
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam and competency exam required as applicable by profession/specialty.
