Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Auburn, New York
13-week assignment
Day shift, 4x10 hours
Shift options include:
- 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
- 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Required Qualifications

MRI Technologist with 2 years of experience
MRI Technologist experience within the last year
Valid MRI Technologist license in New York
ARRT (MR) certification
ARRT contrast injection certification
Background check completed within 1 year of start and updated annually
EPLS/GSA/SAM screening prior to facility start
HHS/OIG screening prior to facility start
Unexpired government-issued photo ID
Physical exam completed within 12 months of start and signed by a licensed provider
Fit test completed within 12 months of start and updated annually
TB screening within 1 year of start, or chest x-ray if previously positive
Drug screen within 30 days of start
COVID vaccine record or declination
Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years or declination
Measles and rubella immunity documentation
Varicella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
Annual tuberculosis screening questionnaire
Skills checklist
2 professional references within 3 years of hire
Resume
Applicable license/certifications
New York State Nurse Aide Registry requirement
New York State Medicaid Exclusion List requirement

Training and Testing

AHA BLS certification
NIH Stroke Scale training, minimum 2 hours annually
National certification verification prior to facility start and upon expiration
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam

Facility Requirements

Review and sign code of conduct
Review and sign patient abuse reporting policy
Review and sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
Complete orientation packet and self-study quiz
Complete automated dispensing cabinet security paperwork for Pyxis access
