Travel/Contract ICU Registered Nurse - Wisconsin

Shift

• 3x12 hour shifts, Weekend Days (Friday to Sunday)

Licensure & Certifications Required

• Wisconsin or Compact RN License
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Must have all licenses and certifications in hand at submission

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
• Strong CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) skills required
• Will float to IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit/Stepdown) if needed

Prior Travel Experience

• First-time travelers NOT accepted (prior travel experience required)

References

• Two professional references within the last year required:

  • One from the most recent/current assignment
  • One from the second most recent assignment/position

Additional Requirements

• 7-year background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative QGold TB test within 1 year of start (Chest X-Ray within 60 days if applicable)
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct-Mar)
• Photo for badge (passport style, shoulders up, no filters)
• May require video interview depending on candidate eligibility
