Job Overview

Role Details

Pediatric experience is required.
Travel experience is required.
The unit is ambulatory and does not admit patients.
The role supports diagnostic testing in MRI in coordination with radiology.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Connecticut
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Pediatrics PACU - Post Anesthetic Care experience

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical exam within 12 months of start
Respiratory fit test annually
Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption documentation for the current season
Drug test within 30 days of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or documentation as specified in the source
Photo for badge
Signed confidentiality, code of conduct, conflict of interest, and contractor checklist documents
HIPAA acknowledgement or competency
OSHA acknowledgement
Core Part I, II, and III annually
