Job Overview

Location: Auburn, New York
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours
Hours: 40 per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP
Setting: No on-call, no weekends, no holidays

Required Qualifications

2+ years of recent Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience
Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience within the last year
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
RDMS
New York state license verification, if applicable to the profession

Additional Requirements

Unexpired government-issued photo ID
Background check within 1 year of start, covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
EPLS/GSA/SAM clearance
HHS/OIG clearance
Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
Candidate must review and sign required facility documents
Full physical exam within 12 months of start, signed by a licensed provider
Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B documentation
Varicella documentation
9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
COVID vaccine records or declination
2 professional references within 3 years of hire
Skills checklist
New York state registry and Medicaid exclusion list requirements
