Registered Nurse (RN) - Temp Position

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma

Job Description

• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel.
• Maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.
• Provide care across all age groups: infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of Medical-Surgical (MS) experience required.

Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) Certification

Licensure

• Active Oklahoma RN license required.
• Compact license allowed if active at time of submission.

Additional

• Candidates’ permanent address considered; local candidates may be offered a reduced rate.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Orientation & Policies

• Nursing travelers start orientation on Thursdays.
• On-call pay applies with a minimum of 1 hour.
• Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced travel rate.
• Former direct employees must wait 6 months before returning through an agency.
