Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Charlevoix, Michigan
Setting: Long-term care
Shift: Nights
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN / LVN license in Michigan
  • LPN / LVN (2 years of experience)
  • LPN / LVN experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience in a(n) Long Term Care setting

Job Details

  • Works under the direct supervision or direction of nursing leadership
  • Assists staff nurses with patient treatment and care according to established hospital procedures
  • Must follow a strict attendance policy with termination after 3 absences or being more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled shift 3 times
  • Matching scrubs required
