<h2>Job Description</h2>
<p>We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Registered Nurses to join our Per Diem Float Pool for the Emergency Department. This role is ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while maintaining their commitment to excellent patient care.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.</li>
  <li>Float to various areas within the float pool as needed.</li>
  <li>Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team.</li>
  <li>Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while delivering care.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure</h2>
<ul>
  <li>Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.</li>
  <li>Active New Jersey RN License (must be in hand at the time of application).</li>
  <li>BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required.</li>
  <li>Commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per month.</li>
