Minimum Requirements 
<ul><li>Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA</li><li>Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment</li><li>BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC</li><li>Current Illinois Physical Therapist license is required</li></ul>
