Overview

• Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
• Unit: 12 operating suites
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 1 call block per 2-week time frame; some Saturdays possible
• Floating: No

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience
• NE or Compact RN license, active and in good standing
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• EPIC experience within the past 1 year
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility
• Must disclose if the clinician has ever worked for Bryan Health; if previously worked there, the end date must be at least 12 months before submission
• Must include candidate presentation checklist in the presentation packet

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental experience
• Plastics experience

Clinical Experience

• Strong skills in:

  • General surgery, including robotics and open cases
  • Ortho, including totals and fractures
  • ENT, including Peds
  • Vascular
  • GYN
  • Urology
  • Robotics (da Vinci)

Additional Notes

• Hospital provides OR scrubs
• 12 hours of non-billable orientation
• Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
• Client may call off or cancel up to 48 hours per 13 weeks and may provide a 2-week notice
• The OR is very busy, with cases running at a high rate
• Cases are mostly general surgery
