Overview
- Travel contract in Northridge, California
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Active BLS
- California Physical Therapist license
- 2 full years of experience
Preferred
- Travel experience
- Trauma experience
Unit / Setting
- Unit: PT, OT, Speech
- May cover assigned area and potentially float to other areas
- Outpatient, inpatient, and rehab coverage may be needed depending on the requisition
Clinical Experience
- Inpatient PT experience with ortho, post surgical, neuro, trauma, cardiac, and medsurg patients
- Outpatient PT experience with ortho and neuro patients
- Rehab PT experience with neuro, spinal cord injuries, and trauma patients
Additional Notes
- Candidates must have experience with bedside swallow studies
- Video swallowing studies experience is preferred
- Rehab aides, OTA, and PTAL support is available
- Cerner Powerchart is used
- Holidays are not required
- Weekend requirement varies
- Scrubs: maroon polo shirt, dark colored pants, closed-toe shoes; lab coat optional
