L&D RN assignment in a busy unit with 45 to 65 births per month, higher volume in the summer.

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Ability to care for well babies, postpartum moms, and labor & delivery patients

Unit / Float Scope

First to float: postpartum with mom only; cannot do babies

Additional Clinical Context

5 OB Physicians and 1 CNM
No circulating C-sections; OR handles that
