Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF) - Night Shift

Location: Mandan, North Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
• Unit Size: 128 beds
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:32
• Shift: Nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
• Holiday Requirement: Every third holiday
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: PCC
• Orientation: Location-specific orientation pathway with facility staff
• Patient Population: All diagnoses commonly seen in LTC/SNF settings
• IV Certification for LPNs: Preferred but not required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Dakota
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum of 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience within the last year

Additional Information

• No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a $500 fee
• Local pay rates apply within 80 miles or if using facility housing (note: pay details excluded)

Notes

• Night shift schedule example: 6 PM to 6 AM, every other weekend and holiday coverage
• Staffing ratios and patient acuity typical for LTC/SNF environment
