Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours (Evening shift, 5x8s: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Job Description
- Work in the Operating Room with general surgical cases including Robotics, Gynecology, and Urology.
- Circulating nurse experience is required.
- Typical call schedule includes 4-5 weekday call shifts and 2-3 weekend call shifts per month (7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM).
- Must be able to return to the hospital within 30 minutes of a callback.
- Scrubs are provided.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: Cerner.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of OR circulating nurse experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in Urology cases
Shift Details
- Evenings, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Call shifts as described above.
