Job Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Missouri
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • CPI
  • TNCC
  • ENPC

Unit Details

  • Emergency Department
  • 40+ beds
  • 120+ staff
  • Patient ratio: 4:1, with 3 rooms and 1 hall bed in high volume
  • Typical procedures include IV starts, phlebotomy, and cardiac monitoring/interpretation

Preferred Experience

  • High-pressure experience in a previous job
  • Previous medical experience as an RN, medic, technician, or similar role

Work Environment

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Outgoing and able to stay positive under pressure
