Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Employment Type: Per Diem
Contract Length: 52 weeks

Overview

Registered Nurse providing care in an LTAC/Telemetry setting, with responsibility for shift accountability, care planning, delegation, and supervision of assigned personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Telemetry (2 years of experience)
  • Telemetry experience within the last year
  • Long Term Acute Care experience

  • Candidate must have SSN, DOB, RTR, and vendor submittal packet attached to the candidate record
  • Candidate must disclose any requested time off in the next 3 months
