Location

• Holyoke, Massachusetts

Contract

• Travel assignment
• 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Orientation is biweekly on Tuesdays
• Block scheduling is not available
• Weekend coverage is every other weekend or as needed
• No call required
• Float required
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater away to be considered travel

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Behavioral Health experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health
• BLS
• HWC
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in an Inpatient Behavioral Health setting

Preferred

• ACLS certification

Setting and Patient Population

• Inpatient behavioral health unit
• Works with adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
• Must be willing to work with both adult and pediatric care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
• Develop nursing care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
• Participate in discharge planning

Additional Details

• Blue scrubs required
• Cerner is used for the EHR
