Assignment Overview
- Travel contract in Austin, Texas
- 13 weeks
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No call required
- Unit: 4 South
- Building: NAMC
- Floor: 4
- 32 beds
- Patient ratio: 5:1
- Weekend requirement: 4 shifts per month
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in Texas
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years or more nursing experience
Unit Details
- Meditech EMR
- No routine procedures performed on the unit
- Equipment includes bladder scanner, vital sign machine, and telemetry
Work Environment
- Staffed with RNs, LVNs, and PCTs on both day and night shifts
- Scrub color: Navy Blue with St. David’s Logo
