Job Overview

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Hours per week: 36
Weekend/holiday rotation: Every other weekend and holidays
Call: Required

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN/LVN license in Wisconsin
BLS
2 years of Skilled Nursing experience
Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
Med Surg experience
Experience with Epic

Job Setting

Adult inpatient rehabilitation unit
High-acuity patients
49-bed facility
Patient ratio: 1:7

Responsibilities / Work Environment

May need to help CNAs and answer call lights for patient safety
May be asked to float to a satellite IRF facility within about 20 minutes in the future
