Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) Travel Position

Location: Fort Mohave, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

• Role: RN Circulator in the Operating Room
• Department: OR
• Shift: Mixed shifts, mostly days
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: On call
• Call Requirement: 1:3 rotation, dependent on staffing
• Patient Population: Primarily adult with some pediatric patients
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment: Standard OR equipment
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: CQI/MedHost

Facility & Unit Highlights

• Hospital size: 126,000 sq. ft. with 52 medical/surgical beds, 12 acute rehab beds, 12 ICU beds, and an 8-bed labor/delivery/postpartum unit
• Emergency Department: 16 beds, open 24/7
• Surgery Department: 6 major ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, cardiac catheterization unit
• Diagnostic Imaging: Full digital modalities including PET-CT and nuclear medicine
• Private bed hospital serving the local area

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
• Minimum 5 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
