Travel RN position in Johnstown, Pennsylvania
13-week contract
36 guaranteed hours per week
Weekly orientation on Mondays
Auto offers
Holiday RTO will not be accommodated

Unit and setting

Floor: Tele / PCU
Trauma Level: 1
Specialty: TELE/PCU - Cardiac
Patient population: Cardiac geriatric
Patient ratios: RN 1:5

Required qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with Cardiac patients
Cardiac Cath Lab experience

Preferred

2+ years of experience
Experience with Pacer Alines
Must have skills/experience: Cardiac

Schedule and logistics

Call: None
Weekend requirement: Every other, depending on unit staffing needs
Float: Not normally floated; may float to 1:1s depending on needs

Clinical details

Common diagnoses/treatments: CP, MI, Open Heart, Watchmen, TAVR, Postop cardiac cath, post op pacer
Equipment: Pacer Alines
EHR: EPIC

Additional notes

Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
NA will send to PCA class if interested
