Position Overview

Job Description

The RN will perform the following responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate patient care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines for patient care coordination, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Provide education to patients and families based on their needs and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Circulate during C-sections and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Attend to neonatal assessments post-delivery.

Facility Requirements

• Certifications Required:

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • STABLE
  • AWHONN
• Licensure: Must have a valid Wyoming RN license.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience in:

  • RN Level 1 Nursery
  • Postpartum
  • OB/GYN
  • Labor and Delivery (L&D) / Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP)
