Job Opportunity: Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT)
Location: Colton, California
Employment Type: Temporary
Schedule: Weekend graveyard shift, 4 shifts of 10 hours each + on-call (3-5 shifts per month)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking a CT Technologist to operate two CT units including a 64-Slice CT scanner with bariatric capabilities and 3D imaging stations for coronary screenings. The department is staffed by board-certified radiologists and registered, certified technologists. Equipment includes Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilian One, and Aquilion 1 Genesis scanners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of current CT experience in a Level I Trauma facility
- Experience with Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilian One, and Aquilion 1 Genesis equipment
- Active ARRT (CT) Certification
- Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
- Venipuncture Certificate
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- CT Skills Checklist current within the past year
- One supervisory reference from the past year of employment
- Must live 30+ miles from the facility (no local candidates)
Additional Information
- On-call shifts required (3-5 per month)
- Work environment includes a Level I Trauma Center with a busy Emergency Department and multiple specialty services
- All certifications must be current at time of submission
