Job Opportunity: Nurse Navigator (Registered Nurse)
Location: Orange, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 6 months
Work Schedule
- Shift: Days, Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8 hours/day, starting at 8:00 AM (varies based on clinic hours)
Required Qualifications
- License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for California
- Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard RN experience required (default to higher if conflicting info found)

- BLS (Basic Life Support)

- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year, updated annually

- TB test (negative PPD, TSpot, or QGold within 1 year)
- Hepatitis B series or declination (titer not accepted)
- Hepatitis C titer preferred; declination accepted with reason
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) positive titers or vaccinations

- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap or Pertussis titer if unable to vaccinate
- Seasonal Flu vaccine required by December 5 (declinations accepted with masking requirements)
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation for current season or declination with masking requirements
- N95 mask fit testing within 1 year, renewed annually (PAPR acceptable with failed fit test proof)

- Signed facility-specific job description prior to start
- Signed orientation packets and acknowledgments (varies by role)
- Signed acknowledgment of pass/fail testing results (for Per Diem RNs)

- References: 2 professional references within 1 year from leadership roles (e.g., Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse)
