Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)

Job Description

• Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
• Call required with varying start times

Experience Requirements

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

Background and Verification Requirements

  • 7-year county checks, national federal, USA criminal search (if applicable), social security trace, FACIS III, OFAC, OIG/EPLS, National Sex Offender Search, SAM

• NURSYS verification for RN licenses (when applicable)
• 2 supervisory references required, at least one within the last year, from the specialty area

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Annual physical exam or statement of health within 1 year of start, signed by MD, DO, NP, ARNP, or PA
• Fit mask test within 12 months (3M-N95 mask sizes specified)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccination or declination (within 10 years)
• Negative TB test (QuantiFERON gold or TSpot) within 90 days or acceptable chest x-ray for past positives
• Annual TB questionnaire for positive TB history
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (3-dose series or positive titer or declination)
  • Varicella
• 10-panel drug screen including THC within 30 days of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required annually (flu season Oct 1 - April/May)
• COVID-19 vaccination preferred but not required as of 7/7/2025

State-Specific Requirements (Iowa)

• Iowa SING Check (State background check) within 30 days of start, including all aliases
• Mandatory Reporter Certification for Child Abuse and Dependent Adult Abuse through Iowa HHS website, with completion certificates valid for 3 years
