Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Nurse

Location: Tracy, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Provide care for both newborns and delivered mothers.
• Must be comfortable managing both baby and mother postpartum.
• Local bill rate differs (pay details not included).

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with recent experience within the last year.
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by AHA or ARC.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Provider or Instructor.
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification.
• Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
