Schedule

• Night shift, 4x10 hour shifts (21:00 - 07:30)
• Workdays: Wednesday through Saturday
• Typically two weekend shifts and one on-call shift per two-week pay period

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• IV Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Required Health and Compliance Documents

• Valid Driver’s License or State ID with address (front and back copy)
• 7-year background check including county criminal, national criminal, sex offender, FACIS Level 3, OIG/GSA, and EPLS/GSA/SAM checks within 30 days of start; monthly updates required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, DO, PA, or NP confirming good health and free of communicable diseases
• Negative 9-panel drug test within 30 days prior to start
• TB screening (2-step PPD, Q-Gold, or T-spot) within 1 year and updated annually; chest x-ray if applicable
• Immunizations or titers for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (2 vaccines or positive titer; declinations accepted where noted)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or declination form required annually by October 31
• COVID vaccination preferred; declination form required if unvaccinated
• Fit mask test within 12 months of start (annual renewal required for direct hires)
• Badge photo with white background (head and shoulders, no selfies)

Additional Requirements

• Pass/Fail arrhythmia exam prior to start (for Radiology Tech - IR and related units)
• Online orientation and cardiac rhythms course assigned via LMS platform
• Compliance with facility-specific safety and orientation acknowledgements including HIPAA
• Skills checklist updated annually
• Two professional references within the last 3 years from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN
• Employment application required
