Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Weekend scheduling: Every other weekend (EOW)

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Minimum 2 years of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing experience, including ICU experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Intermediate Care (IMC) experience

Proof of identity: Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
Employment eligibility verification (I9 and E-Verify)
Background checks:
- 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Social Security trace, county, nationwide, sex offender, and FACIS level 3 checks
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated with contract renewals
Health documents:
- Initial physical exam and annual updates confirming ability to meet physical demands
- Negative TB test (PPD, Quantiferon Gold, or T-spot) or chest X-ray if previously positive, updated annually
- Immunizations or titers for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- 9-panel drug screen within the last 12 months (instant acceptable)
Clinical documentation:
- Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
- Completed employment application/resume
- Skills checklist updated annually for applicable unit
- Performance evaluations if employed over 1 year; internal evaluations if over 2 years
Facility-specific documents and orientation must be completed prior to start, including confidentiality agreements, COVID education, and computer/email usage agreements
