CVOR Tech

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Greenville, South Carolina
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist with 2 years of experience
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
CST
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Experience with Epic

Schedule

On-call after shift hours Friday–Sunday during scheduled weeks
At least 2 days of call each week and 1–2 weekends every 6-week schedule, depending on need
Overtime days each week

Unit Details

Average of 3 hearts per day
Float to other units/campuses as needed based on census and training
Float to the Main OR if CVOR volume is low

Clinical Skills

Aortic aneurysm repair
Atherectomy
ASD repair
Cardiomyoplasty
CABG
ECMO
Mitral valve replacement
Pericardial window
VAD management

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are not accepted
Local candidates are accepted within the stated radius rule
Travel pairs and trios are welcome
