Day shift: 8:00–16:30
40 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Territory: LA County
Mileage radius: 5–20 miles
Mileage reimbursement: IRS standard

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of home health experience
Home health experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience in home health
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience with OASIS
Must pass an OASIS exam to be eligible for interview

Schedule Requirements

Start time must be 0800
Weekend requirement: 1 full weekend and 1 additional weekend shift per 6 weeks

Caseload / Work Setting

5–6 patients per day
Home health department uses an hourly pay model, not a per-visit model

Notes

Driver’s license is required for Home Health workers
Supervisory or higher references are due at time of submission
