Role Overview

Social Services assignment in IP Clinical Social Work
Travel/Contract
13 weeks
Day shift, Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
The optimal traveler has Inpatient Level I or II Trauma service covering the medicine team
No first time travelers

Required Qualifications

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
2 references within 1 year of start in the current specialty
Government issued photo ID
Criminal Background Check within 1 year of start, updated annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
N95 mask fit testing within 1 year of start, renewed annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Hepatitis B series or declination
Flu vaccine by 12/5 or signed declination
Signed HIPAA acknowledgement
Infection Control/Bloodborne Pathogens exam
Unit Specific Competency Exam
California license verification
CEUs from the last 24 months
NIH Stroke Certification for all RNs is listed in the source, but this role is Social Services and no RN license requirement is stated
