Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Chicago, Illinois
- 13-week contract
- Night shift, 3x12 hours

Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Experience working with Infant or Neonate patients
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- PICU experience
Additional Requirements
- BLS certification
- Color blind testing required
- Unit-specific competency exam required
- Core training modules required
- OSHA training required
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- N95 mask fit testing within 1 year of start
- Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB screening required
- TB questionnaire required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
- Negative 9-panel drug screen required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- Unit-specific skills checklist required
- Employment application required
- Badge photo required before start
- Online training modules required before orientation
- Signed fingernail policy required
